A fitted wardrobe is the most common joinery job in a Dubai home and the one where small details show most. We start by measuring floor-to-ceiling on site, because walls and ceilings in new builds and older villas are rarely square. We then plan the inside before the outside: hanging heights for long and short garments, shelf depths, drawer counts, shoe storage, and where lighting and a mirror should go.
For walk-in closets we draw the layout around how you use it, with island units, pull-out trays, tie and watch drawers, and lighting that switches on when the door opens. Doors can be hinged, sliding or push-to-open, in matt, satin or high-gloss PU, veneer or laminate.
Kitchens and vanities are where moisture, heat and daily use are hardest on joinery. We build these from moisture-resistant core material with sealed edges and set cabinets on plinths that keep the base off the floor, so a mop spill or a small leak does not wick into the board. Worktops can be stone, quartz or solid surface, supplied and templated to match the cabinets.
If you are renovating the whole kitchen, we can also coordinate flooring, ceiling, lighting and MEP changes through our turnkey renovation team, so joinery is not fitted before the wet trades have finished.
Feature walls look simple but depend on accurate setting-out. We handle concealed cable routes, ventilation behind media equipment, integrated LED strips and access for AV, as well as the panelling itself: fluted, slatted, shaker, CNC-patterned or full-height veneer. Large panels are made in sections that join on a shadow gap or a trim, so a wall can be fitted and later repaired without being rebuilt.
Homeowners often ask for a price per metre. The honest answer is that a metre of plain laminate wardrobe and a metre of veneered walk-in with internal lighting are different products. The cost depends on:
A typical home package takes about 6 to 10 weeks from approved drawings to final fitting. About half of that is workshop time. Installation of a single villa floor often takes one to two weeks. We confirm the dates after the site visit, so you can schedule painting, flooring and move-in around them.

Usually 6 to 10 weeks from approved drawings. A single wardrobe is faster; a full villa package with kitchens takes longer. You get a dated programme after the site visit.
